| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر پاسخ به این سؤال است که برداشت هستی‌شناسانه از امنیت در جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه بر تعریف از عمق استراترژیک ایران اثر می‌گذارد؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش ابتدا مبانی امنیت هستی‌شناختی ایران با تأکید بر قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (و منتج از آن)، عقاید امام خمینی(ره) و آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای(مدظله) بررسی شده و در ادامه تأثیر این امنیت هستی‌شناسانه بر سیاست خارجی ایران به طور کلی و عمق استراتژیک به طور اخص مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که هویت و امنیت هستی‌شناختی ایران شامل اصولی به این شرح است: اولویت اسلامیت بر ایرانیت؛ دشمنی اسرائیل؛ دشمنی آمریکا؛ استکبارستیزی و عدم تعهد به قدرت‌های بزرگ؛ اهمیت فلسطین برای جهان اسلام و اهمیت محور مقاومت. مجموع این شاخص‌ها در هویت جمهوری اسلامی، منجر به شکل‌گیری تهدیدهای امنیت هستی‌شناختی و فیزیکی از سوی آمریکا، اسرائیل و قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای همسو با آنان شده است که به‌تبع آن، ایران، عمق استراتژیک خود را برای مقابله با این تهدیدهای طراحی می‌کند و البته تهدیدهای نظامی نشأتگرفته از این تعارض‌های ماهوی و هویتی نیز در شکل‌گیری این عمق استراتژیک و حوزه‌های نفوذ نقش زیادی داشته است. اهمیت مسائل هویتی برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران در اولویت است و بنابر مبانی دینی و ایدئولوژیک، این امنیتِ هویتی در مواقع لزوم و حساس حتی بر امنیت فیزیکی برتری دارد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای تأمین امنیت هستی‌شناختی و امنیت فیزیکی خود به دنبال تعمیق عمق استراتژیک خود بوده و این کار را در حال حاضر بیشتر معطوف به بازدارندگی و دفع تهدیدهای دشمن بالفعل منطقه‌ای خود که اسرائیل است، کرده است. | ||

| The present research gives an answer to the following fundamental question: How could the ontological view of the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran affect the definition of Iran’s strategic depth? To answer the question, we should first study the foundations of the ontological security of Iran with a focus on the Iranian Constitution and (as a corollary) the views of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei. We then consider the impact of this ontological security on the foreign policy of Iran in general, and its strategic depth in particular. The results indicate that the ontological identity and security of Iran includes the following principles: priority of its Islamic dimension over its Iranian dimension; enmity of Israel; enmity of the US; anti-colonialism and non-committal to the great powers; the significance of Palestine for the Islamic world and the importance of the Axis of Resistance. These characteristics of the identity of the Islamic Republic result in ontological and physical security threats from the US, Israel, and the regional powers that are allied with them. As a consequence, Iran devises its strategic depth to counter these threats. It goes without saying that the military threats arising from these identity contradictions remarkably contribute to the formation of this strategic depth and the spheres of influence. The Islamic Republic prioritizes identity issues, and according to religious and ideological principles, under vital circumstances, this identity security is prior to physical security. To fulfill its ontological and physical security, the Islamic Republic of Iran pursues the deepening of its strategic depth. At present, it does so with the aim of inhibiting and countering the threats of its actual regional enemy; that is, Israel. | ||
