| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر ترسیم الگویی سیستمی از شکل‌گیری پدیدهی خشونت قومی است. در این مدل دینامیکی، خشونت‌های قومی متأثر از انواع محرومیت‌ها، رهبری، محیط پدیدارشناسانهی ذهن قومیت، سرکوب دولتی، عوامل بین‌المللی، جمعیت‌شناختی و مشوق‌های شورش هستند. نقش انواع محرومیت‌های مؤثر بر خشونت نیز در این مدل معین شده و ارتباط آن با دیگر متغیرها نشان داده شده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و در گام اول، نقش سرکوب دولتی، درک دولت از مفهوم شورش و تأثیر آن بر تبعیض‌های سیاسی، اجتماعی، جمعیت‌شناختی و فرهنگی - اجتماعی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. از سوی دیگر، مشوق‌های هویتی شورش و متغیر رهبری گروه قومی نیز به عنوان شاخص‌های مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری خشونت‌های قومی معرفی شدهاند. در سطح بعدی، تراکم جمعیت قومی در ناحیه‌ی جغرافیایی و همچنین حمایت‌های بین‌المللی از گروه قومی نیز به عنوان متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر خشونت قومی معرفی گردیدند. در سطح آخر نیز مدل سیستمی، شکل‌گیری خشونت و شورش قومی و متغیرهای مرتبط با آن معرفی شده و شاخص‌هایی مانند برجستگی هویت قومی، محرومیت‌های به‌تبع جهانی شدن، ادراک گروه از فرایند شورش، برجستگی هویت قومی و مشوق‌های شورش به عنوان دیگر متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر خشونت قومی معرفی گردیدند. به نظر می‌آید بتوان با اتصال درست این سیستم اجتماعی و معین کردن متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر خشونت قومی، گامی جدّی برای مدیریت صحیح این تعارض‌ها در عرصه‌های جهانی و منطقهای برداشت. مدل سیستمی ارائه شده در این نگاشته می‌تواند به عنوان چهارچوب نظری برای مطالعه‌ی گروه‌های قومی جهانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||

| The present research draws a systemic model of the formation of ethnic violence. In this dynamical model, ethnic violence is induced by varieties of deprivations and impoverishments, leadership, the phenomenological environment of the ethnicity’s mind, governmental suppression, international factors, demographic factors, and enticements for riots. The roles of the varieties of violence-inducing deprivations have been specified in this model as well as their relations with other variables. The method of the research is descriptive and analytic. In the first step, an analysis is provided for the role of governmental crackdown, the government’s perception of the notion of riot, and its impact on political, social, demographic, and cultural-social discriminations. On the other hand, identity enticements for riots and the variable of the leadership of an ethnic group are also characterized as factors contributing to the rise of ethnic violence. On the next level, ethnic population density in a particular geographical region as well as international support for an ethnic group are described as variables contributing to ethnic violence. On the final level, the systemic model of the rise of ethnic violence and riots as well as their associated variables are introduced, in addition to factors such as the prominence of ethnic identity, globalization-caused deprivations, the group’s perception of the riot process, and enticements for riot as contributing to ethnic violence. It seems that a proper connection of this social system and specification of the variables contributing to ethnic violence are serious steps toward a proper management of contradictions on the world and regional stages. The systemic model presented in this research can be deployed as a theoretical framework for studying the global ethnic groups. | ||
