| «مفهوم شهروندی» علاوه بر زمینه‌های سیاسی واجتماعی بر پایه مجموعه ای از گفتمان های مبتنی بر روابط اخلاقی بین اعضای جامعه سامان یافته و با مسایل فرهنگی و سنت های اجتماعی گوناگونی همانند مسئولیت پذیری ، همبستگی وهمزیستی اجتماعی، اصلاح و تغییرات رفتاری ، هویتی و تصوراتی مرتبط است که شهروندان نسبت به خود و دیگر شهروندان دارند. ابدیهی است از آنجا که شهر به عنوان یک منبع توسعه مطرح است لذا جایگاه اخلاق و فرهنگ شهرنشینی در روند توسعه ی شهر و بهبود سکونتگاه های شهری نقش بسیار مهم و تعیین کننده دارد در این میان نیز نظام اخلاقی وفرهنگی و گفتمان های حاکم بر آن در تعاملات اجتماعی میان شهروندان معنا میابد . هدف از این مقاله این است بررسی تاثیرگذاری رابطه اجتماعی گفتمان محور در توسعه اخلاق و فرهنگ شهرنشینی و کمک به بهبود آن است و پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که چگونه این رابطه اجتماعی گفتمانی در توسعه و بهبود اخلاق و فرهنگ شهرنشینی نقش دارد؟ پژوهش حاضر ضمن بررسی نقش موثر گفتمان فرهنگی بر توسعه وگسترش اخلاق و فرهنگ شهروندی ، بر پایه نظریه‌های حوزه مطالعات شهری از جمله شهرنشینی و اخلاق و فرهنگ شهروندی به بررسی راهکارهای علمی توسعه ی اخلاق وفرهنگ شهرنشینی می پردازد. رویکرد حاکم بر پژوهش ترکیبی از روش‌های توصیفی و تحلیل کاربردی است. | ||

| "The concept of citizenship" in addition to political and social contexts, is based on a set of discourses based on moral relations between the members of the organized society and with various cultural issues and social traditions such as responsibility, social solidarity and coexistence, modification and changes in behavior, identity and imaginationTherefore, social citizenship flourishes by relying on those moral principles that encourage the feeling of brotherhood, homogeneity, commitment, responsibility and reforming social behaviors and gives identity to people and causes mutual understanding between them. Obviously, since the city is considered as a source of development, therefore, the place of urban ethics and culture plays a very important and decisive role in the development process of the city and the improvement of urban settlements. Social interactions between citizens gain meaning. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effectiveness of discourse-oriented social relationship in the development of urban ethics and culture and help to improve it, and the research seeks to answer the question, how does this discourse social relationship play a role in the development and improvement of urban ethics and culture? While investigating the effective role of cultural discourse on the development and expansion of ethics and citizenship culture, based on the theories of the field of urban studies, including urbanization and citizenship ethics and culture, it examines the scientific solutions for the development of urban ethics and culture. The approach governing the research is a combination of descriptive methods and applied analysis. | ||
