| چکیده | ||
| معناشناسی واژه‌ها در علوم همواره به ما در فهم محتوا، روش استدلال و بیان مطالب یک علم کمک شایانی می‌کند. در حقیقت معناشناسی، دانش بررسی و مطالعه معانی در زبان‌ها است. به‌طورکلی، بررسی ارتباط میان واژه و معنا را معناشناسی می‌گویند. در قرآن مانند کتاب‌ها و علوم دیگر واژه‌هایی به‌کار برده شده که با جستجو در آیات متعدد، معانی گوناگونی از آن بدست می‌آید؛ اما شناخت معانی واژه‌های قرآنی، ما را در فهم بهتر آیات و رابطه معنایی آیات با یکدیگر کمک می‌کند. یکی از آنها واژه «جعل» است. در این نوشتار تلاش می‌کنیم با پژوهش و تتبع، با روش توصیفی - بنیادی معانی گوناگون واژه جعل را دریابیم؛ اما گرچه جعل در برخی از علوم، معانی متفاوتی دارد، اما به‌نظر می‌رسد در قرآن به جزء معنای حقوقی جعل که تقلب، کلاه برداری و حیله‌گری است، در معانی دیگر آن یعنی جعل تکوینی، شرعی، اعتباری و برخی دیگر از معانی به‌کار برده می‌شود؛ ازین‌رو بیان کاربردهای جعل در معانی اعتباری و تکوینی و حتی در آثار امور تکوینی واعتباری از نوآوری‌های مقاله حاضر است؛ بنابراین تلاش می‌شود در این نوشتار به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که معانی گوناگون جعل باتوجه به آیات مربوطه کدام است و چگونه تبیین، تحلیل و مقایسه می‌شوند. | ||

| The semantics of words in sciences always helps us better understand the content، method of reasoning، and expression of the subjects within a science. In fact، semantics is the study and examination of meanings in languages. In general، the study of the relationship between a word and its meaning is called semantics. In the Quran، as in other books and sciences، words are used whose meanings can vary when searching through multiple verses. However، understanding the meanings of Quranic words helps us better comprehend the verses and their semantic relationships with each other. One such word is "Ja'l (جعل)". In this paper، we aim to explore the different meanings of the word "Ja'l" through research and examination، using a descriptive-foundational method. Although "Ja'l" has various meanings in different sciences، it appears that in the Quran، aside from its legal meaning of fraud، deceit، and trickery، it is also used in other meanings such as ontological، legal، and some other contexts. Therefore، explaining the uses of "Ja'l" in its ontological and legal meanings، as well as its effects in ontological and legal matters، constitutes one of the innovations of this paper.
