| چکیده | ||
| مکلف بودن حیوانات از مباحث مهمی است که نیازمند تحقیق و بررسی دقیق مقدمات علمی، آیات و روایات مربوط به آن می باشد. چنین پژوهشی ما را در فهم بهتر و معرفت عمیق تر به روایات و آیات حشر و نیز آیات و احادیث مربوط به اراده، اختیار و تسبیح حیوانات کمک می کند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر در تحلیل و اثبات این موضوع با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و نیز با نگاه تفسیری برخی از مفسرین شاخص، به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که آیا حیوانات دارای تکلیف هستند؟ با توجه به این که حیوانات بر اساس برخی از آیات قرآنی دارای آگاهی، شعور، اراده، اختیار، تسبیح و حشر هستند و این امور محدود به سعه وجودی آنهاست و طبق آیات کریمه، پرندگان، حشرات و حیوانات در رتبه وجودی خود از این ویژگی ها برخوردارند؛ به نظر می رسد این موجودات با توجه به ویژگی های فوق باید در حیات دنیوی خود دارای تکالیف باشند؛ زیرا با عنایت به آنچه که گذشت همه شرایط مربوط به تکلیف در آنها وجود دارد، گرچه این شرایط و اوصاف نسبت به موجودات انسانی از سطح پایین تری برخودار باشند. | ||

| Obligation of animals is one of the important topics that requires careful research and examination of scientific premises, verses and traditions related to it. This kind of research helps us in better understanding and deeper knowledge of the traditions and verses of Hashr, as well as the verses and hadiths related to the will, free will and glorification of animals.Therefore, the current research in analyzing and proving this issue with the descriptive-analytical method and also with the interpretative view of some leading commentators, seeks to answer the question of whether animals have duties. According to the fact that according to some Quranic verses, animals have awareness, intelligence, will, authority, glorification, and hashr, and these things are limited to their existence, and according to the verses of Crimea, birds, insects, and animals have this quality in their existence rank. are entitled to; It seems that these beings should have tasks in their worldly life according to the above characteristics; Because according to what has been said, all the conditions related to duty are present in them, although these conditions and attributes are of a lower level compared to human beings | ||
