| چکیده | ||
| حقوق بشر به عنوان یکی از مفاهیم اولیه و بنیادین در جهان امروز، به معنای مجموعه ای از حقوق و آزادی های متعلق به تمامی انسان ها به صورت بالذات به شکل غیر قابل انتقال و غیر قابل انکار برای همه انسان ها است که صرفنظر از جنسیت، مذهب، نژاد زبان و ملیت دارای جنبه های قابل توجهی(از قبیل: غیر قابل نقض بودن، قابلیت قانونمندی، حمایت و تضمین، جهانی بودن و ذاتی بودن) است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور شناخت اقتصاد، مولفه ها و مقومات آن در ضمن تحلیل مفهوم رهیافت شرقی در قالب مجموعه ای از دیدگاه ها، فلسفه ها و شیوه های اندیشه متکون در شرق به ویژه قاره آسیا و مبانی اخلاقی مطرح شده در محدوده آن با تحلیل مضامین و محتوای اسناد مربوطه با تحلیل موضوعی یا تماتیک که از پرکاربردترین روش های متداول پژوهش های کیفی است به گزارش الگوهای داده های کیفی استقراءشده در محدوده رهیافت شرقی بر استقراء مبانی مذکور اهتمام می ورزد و به این سوال پاسخ می دهد که اقتصاد، اخلاق اقتصادی، امنیت اقتصادی و مولفه های آن چیست و چه رابطه ای با حقوق بشر در رهیافت شرقی دارد؟ یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که برای دستیابی به اقتصاد سالم لازم است مولفه های اساسی آن(از قبیل: عدالت توزیعی، امنیت اقتصادی و پاسخگوبودن دولتمردان) رعایت شود و مولفه های اساسی اقتصاد سالم بر جامعه محوری، همبستگی، آموزش نیروهای کارآمد و خلاق، تلاشگری و اهتمام به محیط زیست پیرامون استوار است که در پژوهش حاضر به شیوه ای تحلیل مورد مداقّه قرار گرفته است | ||

| Human rights, as one of the primary and fundamental concepts in today's world, means a set of rights and freedoms that belong to all humans in an inherently non-transferable and undeniable way for all humans, regardless of gender, religion, race, language, and nationality, which have significant aspects (such as: inviolability, legality, protection and guarantee, universality, and innateness). The present study aims to understand the economy, its components, and elements, while analyzing the concept of the Eastern approach in the form of a set of perspectives, philosophies, and ways of thinking formed in the East, especially the Asian continent, and the ethical principles raised within its scope by analyzing the themes and content of relevant documents with thematic or thematic analysis, which is one of the most commonly used methods of qualitative research, and reporting on the qualitative data patterns inducted within the scope of the Eastern approach. It focuses on inducing the aforementioned principles and answers the question of what is the economy, economic ethics, economic security, and its components, and what is their relationship with human rights in the Eastern approach? The research findings indicate that in order to achieve a healthy economy, it is necessary to observe its basic components (such as distributive justice, economic security, and accountability of government officials), and the basic components of a healthy economy are based on community-centeredness, solidarity, training efficient and creative forces, hard work, and concern for the surrounding environment, which have been examined in an analytical manner in the present study. | ||
