| Human rights, as one of the fundamental principles of the international system in the contemporary world, have always been influenced by the hegemonic structures of the West. With a descriptive-analytical approach and based on documentary data, this article investigates the widespread and continuous violation of human rights by the Zionist regime in the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as the dual policies and contradictory standards of the United States regarding this issue. In the first part, the history of human rights violations by Israel, including land occupation, illegal settlements, and the imposition of inhumane conditions on Palestinians is described. The second part analyzes the role of the United States in unconditionally supporting Israel, exerting pressure on international institutions, and supporting Israeli apartheid, and the moral and legal consequences of these behaviors on the validity of the international human rights system are examined. Finally, the article points to the regional and global consequences of these policies, including the escalation of conflicts in the Middle East, the crisis of international human rights legitimacy, and the decline of American and Israeli hegemony. The findings of the research indicate that the continuation of these policies, while strengthening the resistance of the Palestinian nation, will lead to the collapse of the existing oppressive structures and the realization of the rights of the oppressed nations.
