| منشور حقوق بشر شرقی به دسته ای از قوانین و مقررات در حوزه حقوق انسان با رویکردی متفاوت نسبت به حقوق بشر مدرن اشاره دارد که بتواند جایگزین حقوق بشر بین المللی موجود گردد. منشور حقوق بشر شرقی با توجه به این موضوع مطرح شده است که کشورهای شرق کره خاکی،دارای فرهنگ و حقوق بشر مختص خود هستند و یک حقوق بشر جهان شمول وجود ندارد. در واقع، در این دکترین، بر نسبی گرایی حقوق بشر و احترام به حقوق بشرهای بومی تاکید می شود. در این مقاله که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای به رشته تحریر درآمده است، سوال اصلی آن است که آیا امکان تدوین منشور حقوق بشر شرقی با توجه به مولفه های نسبی گرایی حقوق بشر وجود دارد یا خیر؟ نتیجه تحقیق حاضر آن است که برخی از قواعد حقوق بشری امروزه از ارزش قواعد آمره بین المللی برخوردار شده اند و امکان تغییر آنها وجود ندارد اما سایرین قابل تغییر به واسطه منشور حقوق بشر شرقی هستند.در این مقاله که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای به رشته تحریر درآمده است، سوال اصلی آن است که آیا امکان تدوین منشور حقوق بشر شرقی با توجه به مولفه های نسبی گرایی حقوق بشر وجود دارد یا خیر؟ نتیجه تحقیق حاضر آن است که برخی از قواعد حقوق بشری امروزه از ارزش قواعد آمره بین المللی برخوردار شده اند و امکان تغییر آنها وجود ندارد اما سایرین قابل تغییر به واسطه منشور حقوق بشر شرقی هستند.ه آیا امکان تدوین منشور حقوق بشر شرقی با توجه به مولفه های نسبی گرایی حقوق بشر وجود دارد یا خیر؟ نتیجه | ||

| The Eastern Charter of Human Rights refers to a set of laws and regulations in the field of human rights with a different approach to modern human rights that can replace existing international human rights. The Eastern Charter of Human Rights has been proposed considering the fact that the countries of the East of the Earth have their own culture and human rights and there is no universal human rights. In fact, this doctrine emphasizes the relativism of human rights and respect for indigenous human rights. In this article, which was written using a descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, the main question is whether it is possible to formulate an Eastern Charter of Human Rights with regard to the components of human rights relativism?
