چکیده
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies in recent decades, deep philosophical questions have been raised about the possibility of reconstructing human identity and consciousness through this technology. The purpose of this research is to examine the question of whether artificial intelligence can philosophically have an identity similar to that of humans. The research method in this article is a comparative analysis based on the interpretation of the fundamental concepts of identity and consciousness in Mulla Sadra's Transcendental Wisdom and John Searle's Philosophy of Mind. The research findings show that from Mulla Sadra's perspective, due to the lack of independent essence, intense movement, and the unity of reason and the wise in artificial intelligence, the possibility of realizing human identity in it is ruled out. Also, from John Searle's perspective, the lack of intentionality, internal consciousness, and biological causality in artificial systems prevents them from achieving human identity. The final conclusion of the research emphasizes that although artificial intelligence is capable of simulating some human cognitive functions, from a philosophical perspective it will lack the capacity to realize human identity and consciousness.
