| This research investigates the concept of fatherhood within religious scriptures, focusing on a comparative analysis of the Quran, hadith and the Bible. Historically, paternal roles have often been reduced to material provision, with fathers depicted as either emotionally distant figures or rigid enforcers of discipline, neglecting the nurturing aspects of fatherhood. However, the Quran, the Bible, and the conduct of Prophet Muhammad and Jesus, along with the Prophet Muhammad's household, present a balanced and comprehensive model of engaged fatherhood. This research, guided by Pleck’s (2010) conceptual framework, examines scriptural depictions of fatherhood, highlighting responsibilities such as emotional support, moral and spiritual guidance, financial provision, education, role modeling, and fostering family unity. It addresses aspects of fatherhood that psychological theories have overlooked, offering a more holistic understanding. Through content analysis of selected verses from the Quran and the Bible, the study highlights the theological foundations of fatherhood, emphasizing its multidimensional nature. By revisiting these foundational texts, the research aims to restore an understanding of fatherhood rooted in compassion, wisdom, and spiritual leadership, extending beyond physical care to foster the holistic development of children. The new understanding challenges cultural understandings that have often overshadowed the profound teachings of these religious traditions. | ||

| این تحقیق مفهوم پدری را در متون مقدس مذهبی بررسی می‌کند و بر تحلیل تطبیقی قرآن، حدیث و کتاب مقدس تمرکز دارد. از نظر تاریخی، نقش‌های پدری اغلب به تأمین مادی تقلیل یافته‌اند، به طوری که پدران یا به عنوان چهره‌هایی از نظر عاطفی دور یا مجریان سرسخت نظم و انضباط به تصویر کشیده شده‌اند و جنبه‌های پرورشی پدری را نادیده گرفته‌اند. با این حال، قرآن، کتاب مقدس و سیره حضرت محمد (ص) و حضرت عیسی (ع) به همراه اهل بیت پیامبر (ص)، الگویی متعادل و جامع از پدری متعهد ارائه می‌دهند. این تحقیق، با هدایت چارچوب مفهومی پلک (2010)، به بررسی تصاویر کتاب مقدس از پدری می‌پردازد و مسئولیت‌هایی مانند حمایت عاطفی، هدایت اخلاقی و معنوی، تأمین مالی، آموزش، الگوسازی نقش و تقویت وحدت خانواده را برجسته می‌کند. این تحقیق به جنبه‌هایی از پدری می‌پردازد که نظریه‌های روانشناسی از آنها غافل شده‌اند و درک جامع‌تری ارائه می‌دهد. این مطالعه از طریق تحلیل محتوای آیات منتخب از قرآن و کتاب مقدس، مبانی کلامی پدری را برجسته می‌کند و بر ماهیت چندبعدی آن تأکید دارد. این تحقیق با بازنگری در این متون بنیادی، قصد دارد درکی از پدری را که ریشه در شفقت، خرد و رهبری معنوی دارد، احیا کند و فراتر از مراقبت‌های فیزیکی، رشد همه‌جانبه کودکان را تقویت کند. این درک جدید، برداشت‌های فرهنگی را که اغلب آموزه‌های عمیق این سنت‌های مذهبی را تحت الشعاع قرار داده‌اند، به چالش می‌کشد. | ||
