| چکیده | ||
| پیوند ادبیات با حقوق بشر با تاکید بر دیدگاه اومانیستی و اهمیت انسان‌به ماهو انسان دارای ریشه عمیق است. رمان "پاپیون" (Papillon) اثر هانری شاریر، نه تنها یک داستان ماجراجویانه از فرارهای پی در پی است، بلکه سندی قدرتمند از نقض فاحش و نظام مند حقوق بشر در مستعمرات کیفری گویان فرانسه در اوایل قرن بیستم به شمار می‌رود. این مقاله با تحلیل دقیق تجربیات و مشاهدات شخصیت اصلی، پاپیون، به بررسی موارد متعدد نقض حقوق اساسی از جمله حق حیات، منع شکنجه و مجازات‌های ظالمانه، حق آزادی و امنیت شخصی، منع بردگی و کار اجباری، و حق برخورداری از دادرسی عادلانه می‌پردازد. رمان به وضوح شرایط غیرانسانی زندگی، سوءتغذیه، بیماری، خشونت بی‌امان و محرومیت‌های گسترده‌ای را به تصویر می‌کشد که کرامت ذاتی انسان‌ها را زیر پا می‌گذاشت. همزمان، این پژوهش بر مقاومت بی‌وقفه و اراده تسلیم‌ناپذیر پاپیون به عنوان شخصیت اصلی و نمادی از روح بشر برای حفظ کرامت انسانی و دستیابی به آزادی تأکید می‌کند و اقدامات او را به مثابه پاسخی ذاتی به سلب حقوق بنیادین تفسیر می‌نماید. در نهایت، با مقایسه این وقایع با استانداردهای حقوق بشر مدرن (مانند اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر)، جستار تحلیلی حاضر به این نتیجه می‌رسد که پاپیون نه تنها یک حکایت تاریخی، بلکه یادآوری دائمی از ضرورت پاسداری از حقوق بشر و هشداری علیه سیستم‌هایی است که انسانیت را به بند می‌کشند و کرامت ذاتی انسان را به باد استهزا و سخره می گیرند. باشد که انسان به انسانیت بشر احترام گذارد و از سخی بودن نسبت به هم نوع بپرهیزد. | ||

| The link between literature and human rights, with an emphasis on a humanistic perspective and the importance of humanity as such, has deep roots. Henri Charrière's novel "Papillon" is not merely an adventurous tale of successive escapes, but also a powerful document of the gross and systemic violation of human rights in the French penal colonies of Guiana in the early 20th century. This article, through a detailed analysis of the experiences and observations of the main character, Papillon, examines numerous instances of fundamental rights violations, including the right to life, prohibition of torture and cruel punishments, the right to liberty and personal security, prohibition of slavery and forced labor, and the right to a fair trial. The novel clearly depicts the inhumane living conditions, malnutrition, disease, relentless violence, and widespread deprivations that trampled upon the inherent dignity of human beings. Concurrently, this research emphasizes Papillon's continuous resistance and indomitable will as the main character and a symbol of the human spirit to preserve human dignity and achieve freedom, interpreting his actions as an intrinsic response to the deprivation of fundamental rights. Finally, by comparing these events with modern human rights standards (such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights), this analytical essay concludes that "Papillon" is not only a historical account but also a constant reminder of the necessity to safeguard human rights and a warning against systems that enslave humanity and mock and ridicule the inherent dignity of human beings. May humanity respect the humanity of others and refrain from being base towards fellow human beings." | ||
