چکیده | ||
The article explores the complexities of governance in modern Iranian society, which is rooted in religious principles. It emphasizes the importance of the Quran as a foundational epistemological and practical source for conceptualizing ideal governance. The central question addressed is the extent to which human experience can inform and enhance governance from a Quranic perspective. The research reveals that the Quran not only aligns with human experiences but also underscores their necessity in governance. Through thematic interpretation, it identifies key findings that support this assertion, including the importance of understanding social transformations as presented in the Quran. It discusses the recognition of various institutions, such as trade, marriage, and peace, under Islamic law (aḥkām imḍāʾī). The article highlights the selection of rulers through "bay’a" (pledge of allegiance) as a contractual agreement between the state and its citizens, and emphasizes decision-making based on "shūrā" (consultation). Furthermore, it advocates for governance that incorporates scientific knowledge while prioritizing justice and freedom to promote the common good for all members of society. Overall, the research argues for a comprehensive and developmental political governance model that addresses the unique needs of Iranian society by integrating human experiences with Quranic teachings. | ||
