| چکیده | ||
| يبحث هذا البحث في موقع الأخلاق في السياسة الإسلامية من خلال رؤية آية الله الشهيد محمدباقر الصدر(ره) أحد أبرز المفكرين الإسلاميين في العصر المعاصر، الذي يرى أن الأخلاق ليست مكمّلاً للسياسة، بل هي روحها ودعامة بقائها. يؤكد الشهيد الصدر أن الشريعة الإسلامية ترتبط بالسياسة ارتباطاً عضوياً يجعل من القيم الأخلاقية أداة لتحقيق العدالة وخدمة المصلحة العامة. يتناول البحث قراءة في مؤلفات السید الشهید فيعرض تصوراً لدولة إسلامية تُبنى على أسس أخلاقية متينة، يكون فيها الحكم أمانة، والسلطة وسيلة لتحقيق الخير العام والمساواة. ويرى أن القيم مثل العدالة والنزاهة ليست مجرّد فضائل دينية، بل ركائز لاستقرار المجتمع وتماسكه. كما يحذر من خطر الفساد الناتج عن إقصاء الأخلاق من العمل السياسي، ويرى أن تجاهل هذه القيم يؤدي إلى فقدان ثقة الشعب، وانهيار المؤسسات، وانتشار الفوضى. ومن ثم، فإن السياسة، في نظر الشهيد الصدر، لا تستقيم إلا إذا تأسست على مبادئ أخلاقية تُعلي من كرامة الإنسان وتضمن ازدهار المجتمع واستدامة الحكم الرشيد. | ||

| This study explores the place of ethics in Islamic politics from the perspective of Martyr Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Sadr, one of the most prominent contemporary Islamic thinkers. He believed that ethics is not merely a complement to politics, but rather the very spirit and foundation of its survival. Al-Sadr emphasized that Islamic law is intrinsically and inseparably linked with politics—a connection that transforms moral values into instruments for achieving justice and serving the public good. By examining Sadr’s works, this study portrays a vision of the Islamic state built upon firm moral foundations: a government regarded as a divine trust, where power is seen as a means to realize the common good, justice, and equality. According to him, values such as justice and integrity are not only religious virtues but also essential pillars for the endurance and cohesion of society. He also warned against the dangers of corruption that arise from the removal of ethics from political life, arguing that neglecting such values leads to the erosion of public trust, the collapse of institutions, and the spread of chaos. From Sadr’s perspective, politics only finds proper order and direction when founded upon moral principles—principles that uphold human dignity, ensure the flourishing of society, and guarantee the continuation of sound and righteous governance. | ||
