| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف تبیین کارآمدی روش‌شناسی کلامی در مواجهه با چالش‌های هرمنوتیک نواندیشان دینی تدوین گردید. مسئله محوری تحقیق، بحران معرفتی برآمده از رویکردهایی بود که با وام‌گیری از هرمنوتیک فلسفی و تأکید بر سیالیت معنا، امکان استنباط گزاره‌های اعتقادی پایدار از متون دینی را مورد پرسش قرار می‌دادند. در پاسخ به این چالش، این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، این فرضیه را مطرح ساخت که راه‌حل این بحران، نه در ابداع الگوهای بیگانه، بلکه در بازسازی و تبیین ظرفیت‌های درونی سنت عقلی اسلام نهفته است. در این راستا، ابتدا مبانی هرمنوتیکی نواندیشان با ارائه مطالعات موردی مشخص، نقد و بررسی شد. سپس، مبانی کلامی لازم برای یک استنباط معتبر، از جمله حاکمیت عقل قطعی، مرکزیت محکمات قرآنی و وثاقت سنت قطعی، به صورت ایجابی تبیین گردید. در نهایت، «الگوی کلامی-اجتهادی» به مثابه یک چارچوب اصیل بازسازی و کارآمدی آن در مدیریت «دیالکتیک ثابت و متغیر» (با مطالعه موردی برده‌داری) به نمایش گذاشته شد. یافته کلیدی تحقیق نشان داد که سنت فکری اسلام، خود دارای یک روش‌شناسی پویا و منسجم است که با بازخوانی و نظام‌مندسازی آن، می‌توان به صورت اصیل و در عین حال کارآمد به نیازهای زمانه پاسخ داد و میان پایبندی به اصول بنیادین و پویایی در فهم، توازن برقرار کرد. این الگو، راهی برای فهم عمیق‌تر سنت بدون ابطال متن ارائه می‌دهد | ||

| Here’s a precise and academic-style English translation of your text: --- This research was conducted with the aim of elucidating the effectiveness of theological methodology in addressing the hermeneutical challenges posed by religious reformist thinkers. The central issue of the study was the epistemic crisis arising from approaches that, by borrowing from philosophical hermeneutics and emphasizing the fluidity of meaning, questioned the possibility of deriving stable doctrinal propositions from religious texts. In response to this challenge, the article—using a descriptive-analytical method—advanced the hypothesis that the solution to this crisis lies not in the invention of foreign models but in reconstructing and explicating the internal capacities of the Islamic rational tradition. this end, the hermeneutical foundations of reformist thinkers were first critically examined through specific case studies. Subsequently, the theological foundations necessary for valid inference—such as the authority of definitive reason, the centrality of Qur’anic muhkamat (clear verses), and the reliability of definitive tradition—were explicated in a constructive manner. Finally, the “theological-ijtihadi model” was reconstructed as an authentic framework, and its effectiveness in managing the “dialectic of the fixed and the variable” (with slavery as a case study) was demonstrated. The key finding of the study revealed that the Islamic intellectual tradition itself possesses a dynamic and coherent methodology which, when reread and systematized, enables an authentic yet effective response to contemporary needs, establishing a balance between adherence to foundational principles and dynamism in understanding. This model thus offers a path toward a deeper engagement with tradition without nullifying the text. | ||
