| چکیده | ||
| با ورود انقلاب اسلامی به مرحله‌ی دوم خودسازی، جامعه‌پردازی و تمدن‌سازی- مطابق با آنچه در بیانیه‌ی گام دوم انقلاب از سوی مقام معظم رهبری ترسیم شده است- پرداختن به مبانی فکری و نظری حکمرانی اسلامی در چارچوب تمدن نوین اسلامی، ضرورتی راهبردی یافته است. بر اساس منظومه فکری رهبر معظم انقلاب، «تفکر»، «اندیشه‌ورزی» و «آزادفکری» از ارکان قوت ملی و پیش‌نیازهای اساسی برای تولید علم، فناوری و دستیابی به حکمرانی اسلامی تمدن‌ساز به‌شمار می‌آیند. این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگویی مفهومی جهت بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت تفکر و آزاداندیشی در راستای شکل‌دهی به حکمرانی اسلامی و تمدن‌سازی، بر مبنای تحلیل بیانات مقام معظم رهبری انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و با بهره‌گیری از منابع معتبر اندیشه‌ای و گفتمانی صورت گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تقویت ساختارهای فکری و بسترسازی برای ترویج آزاداندیشی در حوزه‌ها، دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز علمی، پیش‌شرط تحقق نظریه حکمرانی اسلامی و از الزامات تمدن‌سازی است. حوزه‌های علمیه به‌مثابه خاستگاه تولید فکر دینی، موظف به تبیین عقلانی و نظام‌مند نظریه حکمرانی اسلامی، پاسخگویی به شبهات و مقابله علمی با جریانات معارض می‌باشند. در این چارچوب، پرورش انسان‌های متفکر و متعهد، تولید فکر راهبردی، و تبیین مبانی نظری، سه مؤلفه بنیادین برای تحقق حکمرانی تمدن‌ساز بر مبنای الگوی اسلامی-ایرانی پیشرفت محسوب می‌شود. | ||

| With the Islamic Revolution entering its second phase of self-refinement/self-construction, societal development, and civilization-building — in accordance with what has been outlined by the Supreme Leader in the Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution — addressing the intellectual and theoretical foundations of Islamic governance within the framework of the New Islamic Civilization has become a strategic necessity. Based on the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader, 'thought,' 'deliberation/intellectual endeavor,' and 'free thinking' are considered pillars of national strength and essential prerequisites for the production of science, technology, and achieving civilization-building Islamic governance. This research aims to present a conceptual model for utilizing the capacity of thought and free thinking towards shaping Islamic governance and civilization-building, based on an analysis of the Supreme Leader's statements. The research method was descriptive-analytical, and data collection was carried out through library research, utilizing credible intellectual and discourse-based sources. The research findings indicate that strengthening intellectual structures and preparing the ground for promoting free thinking in seminaries, universities, and scientific centers is a prerequisite for realizing the theory of Islamic governance and one of the necessities for civilization-building. Islamic seminaries, as the birthplace of religious thought production, are obligated to rationally and systematically explain the theory of Islamic governance, respond to doubts/ambiguities, and scientifically confront opposing currents. In this framework, cultivating thoughtful and committed individuals, producing strategic thought, and explaining theoretical foundations are considered three fundamental components for realizing civilization-building governance based on the Islamic-Iranian model of progress. | ||
