| این مقاله به بررسی ادعاهای مطرح‌شده در مقاله «مکتب خدریه؛ مروری بر ابتذال کم‌سابقه در پژوهش» می‌پردازد که اتهاماتی نظیر انتحال علمی و تخلفات پژوهشی را علیه آثار اینجانب در سه بخش (مقدمه، مقالات/ کتاب‌ها و حقوقی)، مطرح کرده است. مسئله اصلی، ارزیابی اعتبار این اتهامات و دفاع از اصالت آثار در چارچوب اصول اخلاق پژوهشی است. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر تحلیل روش‌شناختی، محتوایی، ارجاعی و قانونی با استناد به آیین‌نامه‌های وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری (مصوب ۱۳۹۸)، منشور اخلاق پژوهش و استانداردهای بین‌المللی COPE و ICMJE است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ادعاهای انتحال فاقد مستندات معتبر، شفافیت روشی و انسجام علمی بوده و بر تعمیم‌های غیرمستند استوار است. این مقاله ضمن رد اتهامات، بر لزوم رعایت اصول اخلاقی در نقد علمی تأکید کرده و پیشنهاد می‌دهد بررسی‌های مشابه برای آثار همه پژوهشگران انجام شود تا گفتمان علمی در ایران تقویت گردد. | ||

| This article responds to the accusations advanced in “The Khedrīyi School: A Review of Unprecedented Plagiarism in Scholarship” (Ayeneh-ye Pazhuhesh, no. 212, 1404), which alleged instances of plagiarism and research misconduct in the author’s works across three areas (introduction, articles/books, and legal issues). The central issue is an assessment of the validity of these claims and a defense of the authenticity of the works in question within the framework of research ethics. The methodology is based on methodological, content-based, citation, and legal analysis, with reference to the bylaws of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology (2019), the Research Ethics Charter, and the international standards of COPE and ICMJE. Findings indicate that the plagiarism allegations lack credible documentation, methodological clarity, and scholarly coherence, and are instead founded upon undocumented generalizations. While rejecting the accusations, the article emphasizes the necessity of adhering to ethical principles in academic critique and suggests that similar assessments be conducted on the works of all scholars in order to strengthen the culture of scholarly discourse in Iran. | ||
