| چکیده | ||
| زنان و خانواده به عنوان یک قشر و نهاد کلیدی در پیشبرد اهداف فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی همواره مورد توجه برنامههای توسعه جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده است. بررسی اسناد فرادستی کشور پیرامون نظام مسائل زنان و خانواده و تدوین ساز و کارهای اجرایی در سطح ملی به عنوان راه حل پیشنهادی اساس تحقیق حاضر را شکل میدهد. روش تحقیق کاربردی حاضر، براساس مطالعات اسنادی و فنون تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه بوده و مورد مطالعه آن نیز نظام مسائل زنان و خانواده می باشد. ابتدا با مطالعات اسنادی فرادستی نظام مسائل زنان و خانواده پردازش شده و سپس مبتنی بر امنیت به محورهای دهگانه تخصیص داده شد. در ادامه مسائل زنان و خانوداده براساس اهمیت و نظر خبرگان و با تکنیک دلفی فازی غربال شدند. در ادامه با استفاده از روش سازگاری کامل وزن مسائل زن و خانواده تعیین و اولویت مسائل زن و خانواده در تحقق امنیت در هر یک از محورهای دهگانه مشخص شدند. تدوین راهبردهای اساسی مبتنی بر مأموریت، اهداف کلان، ساز و کارهای اجرایی و الزامات پیشنهادی مبتنی بر سیاستهای کلی زنان و همچنین ترسیم نقش زنان در حوزههای اقتصادی، فضای مجازی و رسانه، خانواده و تربیت فرزندان، علمی و فرهنگی از نتایج پیشنهادهای تحقیق جاری میباشد. | ||

| Women and Family as a key stratum and institution in advancing cultural, social and economic goals have always been the focus of development programs. Examining the country's higher-level documents regarding the women and family issues system and formulating executive mechanisms at the national level as a proposed solution forms the basis of the present study. The present applied research method is based on documentary studies and multi-attribute decision-making techniques, and the subject of study is the women and family problems system. First, the women and family problems system was processed through higher-level documentary studies, and then it was assigned to ten axes based on security. Subsequently, women and family problems were screened based on the importance and opinions of experts and with the fuzzy Delphi technique. Subsequently, using the Full Consistency Method (FUCOM) the weight of women and family problems was determined and the priority of women and family problems in achieving security in each of the ten axes was Determined. Prioritizing of women and family Problems and Development of basic strategies based on the mission, major goals, implementation mechanisms, and requirements of a proposal based on general women's policies. Outlining the role of women in the economic, cyberspace and media, family, and child rearing, scientific, and cultural spheres, are among the Conclusions of the current research proposals. | ||
