| چکیده | ||
| تتناول هذه المقالة شرح وتحليل فكرة «الحضارة الإسلامية الحديثة» في المنظومة الفكرية للمرشد الأعلی للثورة الإسلامية، سماحة آية الله العظمى السيد علي الخامنئي، مع التركيز على منشأها القرآني. ويسعى هذا البحث إلى إثبات الدعوى القائلة بأنّ نظريته الحضارية تمثّل نظاماً فكرياً متماسكاً وشاملاً، حيث تم استخلاص جميع عناصره، من الأسس النظرية إلى المبادئ الحاكمة والاستراتيجيات العملية، مباشرة من النصوص الدينية. تتكوّن هذه المقالة من ثلاثة فصول رئیسة: الفصل الأول (الأسس): يستند إلى آياتٍ مثل آية الخلافة والتوحيد، ليُبيّن الأسسَ الأنطولوجية (الوجودية) والفلسفة التاريخية والاجتماعية والأنثروبولوجية لهذه الفكرة الحضارية. الفصل الثاني (المبادئ): يرتكز على آياتٍ كآية الاستخلاف، وتداول الأيام، والنصرة المشروطة، وتأييد المؤمنين، ليشرح القوانينَ الحاكمة على هذه الحركة، بما في ذلك: «الأمل بالمستقبل»، «الفرصة التاريخية»، «قانونية النصر»، و«محورية الأمة». الفصل الثالث (الاستراتيجيات): يستلهم من آياتٍ مثل الأمر بالاستقامة، وجهاد التبيين، والوحدة والتعاون، فيرسم خريطةَ الطريق العملية لهذا المسار؛ والتي تبدأ بـ «تنوير النخبة (الخواصّ)»، وتستمر بـ «يقظة الأمة ووحدتها»، وتُضمن من خلال «البراءة من المشركين» و«المقاومة»، وتنتهي أخيراً بـ«إصلاح نمط الحياة» باعتباره الأداة الناعمة للحضارة. أُنجز هذا البحثُ بالاعتماد على منهج البحث الوثائقي. وتُبيّن نتائج البحث أنّ «الحضارة الإسلامية الحديثة» في رؤية سماحة القائد هي تفسير استراتيجي ومعاصر للقرآن الكريم، يهدف إلى تحقيق الدين بصورةٍ كاملة في جميع شؤون الحياة الفردية والاجتماعية. | ||

| This article explains and analyzes the concept of the “New Islamic Civilization” within the intellectual framework of the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, with emphasis on its Qur’anic foundations. The present study seeks to demonstrate that his civilizational theory constitutes a coherent and comprehensive intellectual system in which all components—from theoretical foundations to governing principles and practical strategies—are directly derived from religious texts. The article is structured into three chapters: Chapter One (Foundations) draws upon verses such as the Verse of Khilafah and Tawhid to explain the ontological, historical-philosophical, sociological, and anthropological bases of this worldview. Chapter Two (Principles), focusing on verses such as the Verse of Istikhlaf, alternation of days, conditional divine support, and the strengthening of believers, elaborates the governing laws of this movement, including hope for the future, historic opportunity, the lawfulness of victory, and the centrality of the ummah. Chapter Three (Strategies), inspired by verses on steadfastness, explanatory jihad (jihad al-tabyin), unity, and cooperation, outlines the practical roadmap of this journey beginning with enlightening the intellectual elite, continuing with awakening and unifying the ummah, reinforced through disavowal of polytheists and resistance, and ultimately culminating in reforming lifestyle, which serves as the software of civilization. This study employs a documentary research method. The findings show that the “New Islamic Civilization,” in the Leader’s view, is a strategic and contemporary interpretation of the Qur’an aimed at realizing the fullness of religion in all dimensions of individual and social life. | ||
