| چکیده [English] | ||
| Mawsū‛at al-mabāḥith al-uṣūlīyya wa-adillatihā (Encyclopaedia of Discussions in Islamic Legal Theory and Their Proofs) contains the texts of twenty-eight books and treatises dealing with muqaddimat al-wājib—the question of whether the prerequisite of an obligatory act is itself obligatory—arranged in chronological order. Prepared under the direction and supervision of Ayatollah Mohsen Vahid Khorasani, the work does more than assemble these texts chronologically: it traces the development of the debate over muqaddimat al-wājib across different centuries while considering relevant historical events and developments. Its extensive analytical introduction, together with numerous charts and tables, gives the work particular scholarly value. | ||
