| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| Nowadays, postmodernism and its various movements have spread across the world and influenced diverse spheres of human life. These ideas have affected the human rights and have entailed fundamental transformations. Freedom of expression, as one of the most fundamental human rights in the contemporary world and a cornerstone of democracy, has been reconsidered within poststructuralist and postmodern feminist interpretations and has encountered diverse and often conflicting opinions. Using a descriptive-analytical approach based on library research, this article examines how these approaches, through their distinctive principles and concepts, challenge the modern conception of autonomy as the foundation of freedom of expression. It then draws on a feminist-post-structuralist perspective and introduces the concepts of relational autonomy and self-formation. On this basis, the article conceptualizes freedom of expression as a legal institution that establishes rights and obligations for individuals, states, and corporations, thereby enabling the person to exercise a degree of sovereignty over his/her own destiny. | ||
