| در کتب اجتهادی و فتوایی فقها، در وقت تعلق زکات غلات چهارگانه ابهاماتی وجود دارد که پاسخگویی را با مشکل مواجه کرده‌است. مبانی و معیار فقها در وقت تعلق زکات غلات چیست؟ معیار در خرما اگر بدوّ صلاح معرفی شده؛ بدوّ صلاح کِی محقق می‌گردد و آیا این معیار با صدق اسم تمر بر خرما متفاوت است؟ در مواردی که احمرار و اصفرار خرما معیار معرفی شده؛ مراد از آن چیست و این عنوان معنایش غیر عناوین پیش‌گفته است؟ در این نوشتار عناوینی که برای بیان وقت تعلق زکات از سوی فقها به کار برده شده؛ واکاوی شده و در گام بعدی معنای این عناوین تبیین گشته‌است. تفاوت و اشتراک این عناوین مورد دقت قرار گرفته و در نهایت سعی شده با ارائۀ نتیجه‌ای شفاف، مسیری روشن برای کارشناسان پاسخگو ترسیم گردد تا در هنگام پاسخگویی در این بحث، مبتنی بر فهمی عمیق، پاسخی دقیق، صریح و روشن به پرسشگر ارائه نمایند. | ||

In cases where the redness and yellowness of dates are introduced as criteria; What does it mean and does this title mean something other than the aforementioned titles? In this article, the titles used by jurists to express the time of zakat are: It has been analyzed and the meaning of these titles has been explained in the next step.
