| کتاب «The Study Quran» به قلم دکتر سیدحسین نصر و همکاران، از برجستهترین آثار تفسیری معاصر است که در سال ۲۰۱۵ میلادی به زبان انگلیسی انتشار یافت و ظرف مدت کوتاهی جایگاهی ممتاز در محافل اسلامپژوهی غربی بهدست آورد. ترجمۀ فارسی این اثر با عنوان «تفسیر معاصرانه قرآن کریم»، به همت انشاءالله رحمتی در ایران منتشر میشود که تاکنون سه مجلد نخست آن، دربردارندۀ ترجمه، متن و افزودههای مترجم، در دسترس علاقهمندان قرار گرفته است. نوآوری مترجم در الحاق مطالب تحلیلی و انتقادی به صورت پانوشت و پینوشتهای مبسوط، فرصتی مغتنم برای غنای هرچه بیشتر متن و همچنین آسیبشناسی و نقد روشمند آن پدید آورده است. مقاله پیشرو با اتخاذ رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و نگرشی انتقادی، به واکاوی افزودههای مترجم ذیل تفسیر سورۀ توبه (بهعنوان مطالعه موردی) میپردازد و درصدد ارزیابی میزان کارآمدی، دقت و معاصرانگی این افزودهها است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد افزودههای مترجم در برخی موارد از رهگذر رفع ابهام، استناد به منابع اصیل و تصحیح کاستیهای متن اصلی، سهمی مؤثر در ارتقای سطح تفسیر داشته و به توازنبخشی میان آرای فریقین یاری رسانده است. بااینحال، نارساییهایی نیز بر تحلیل علمی این افزودهها سایه افکنده است که از جمله مهمترین آنها میتوان به این موارد اشاره کرد: غفلت از مؤلفههای بنیادین معاصرانگی، عدم ترمیم همهجانبۀ ایرادات اساسی متن اصلی، استناد به روایات ضعیف یا فاقد اعتبار، تکیه بر تأویلات ذوقی بیپشتوانه و کاستی جدی در مستندسازی نظاممند برخی مطالب. از منظر این پژوهش، استمرار مسیر انتقادی، استفاده از ذخایر تفسیری معتبر و التزام به پاسخگویی منعطف به اقتضائات فکری و معنوی عصر حاضر، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر برای ارتقای سطح اثر و پاسخ به انتظارات جامعه علمی معاصر به شمار میرود. | ||

| The book, The Study Quran, by Dr. Seyyed Hossein Nasr and colleagues is among the most prominent contemporary commentary works that was published in English in 2015 and achieved a distinguished status in Western Islamic Studies circles in a short time. The Persian translation of this work, Tafsīr-i Mu‘āṣirāna-yi Qur'ān-i Karīm (Contemporary Interpretation of the Holy Qur'an), is being published in Iran by Insha-Allah Rahmati. So far, the first three volumes, containing the translation, text, and translator's additions, have been made available to interested readers. The translator's innovation in adding analytical and critical material in the form of detailed footnotes and endnotes has created a valuable opportunity for further enriching the text as well as for its pathology and systematic criticism. The following article, adopting a descriptive-analytical approach and a critical perspective, examines the translator's additions to the commentary of Sūrat al-Tawbah (as a case study) and seeks to assess the level of efficiency, accuracy, and contemporaneity of these additions. The findings of the research show that the translator's additions have, in some cases, made an effective contribution to improving the level of commentary by removing ambiguity, citing authentic sources, and correcting shortcomings in the original text, and have helped to balance the opinions of farīqain (the two major Sunni and Shī‘a denominations). However, some shortcomings have also overshadowed the scholarly analysis of these additions, the most important of which are: neglect of the fundamental components of contemporaneity, failure to comprehensively rectify the fundamental flaws of the original text, citing weak or unreliable narrations, relying on unsupported intuitive interpretations, and serious shortcoming in the systematic documentation of some materials. From the perspective of this research, the continuation of the critical path, the use of reliable commentary resources, and the commitment to flexible responsiveness to the intellectual and spiritual requirements of the present era are considered an undeniable necessity to improve the level of the work and respond to the expectations of the contemporary scientific community. | ||
