| چکیده | ||
| در کتب اجتهادی و فتوایی فقها، در وقت تعلق زکات غلات چهارگانه، ابهاماتی وجود دارد که پاسخگویی را با مشکل مواجه کردهاست. مبانی و معیار فقها در وقت تعلق زکات گندم و جو چیست؟ عناوینی مثل انعقاد و یا اشتداد حبّ در گندم و جو به چه معنا است و آیا بیان دیگری از همان صدق اسم است؟ اگر فقیهی بدوّ صلاح را معیار زمان تعلق زکات گندم و جو بداند؛ این معیار در گندم و جو کِی محقق میشود؟ با اینکه مبانی بعضی از فقها در این بحث یکسان است؛ چرا بعضی از فتاوا در یک موضوع واحد، متفاوت شدهاست؟ در این نوشتار دو معیار "صدق اسم گندم و جو" و "اشتداد حبّ" به عنوان معیارهای اصلی وقت تعلق زکات گندم و جو مقبول واقع شده و نشان داده شده ادعای یکی بودن این دو عنوان در کلام بعضی از فقیهان، ادعای دقیقی نیست. ضمنا تبیین شده اظهار نظر بعضی از فقیهان در تعیین زمان تعلق زکات گندم و جو، اظهار نظر در موضوع است و برای مکلفین حجیت ندارد. در انتها علت اختلاف امام خمینی و آیتالله سیستانی در یک مسئلۀ واحدِ بحث زکات تحلیل شدهاست و سعی شده با ارائۀ نتیجهای شفاف، مسیری روشن برای کارشناسان پاسخگو ترسیم گردد تا در هنگام پاسخگویی در این بحث، مبتنی بر فهمی عمیق، پاسخی دقیق، صریح و روشن ارائه نمایند. | ||

| In the books of ijtihad and jurisprudential fatwas, in the time when zakat is due on the revenues of the Sharjah, it is unclear whether there is a problem in the face of Kurdistan. What are the principles and criteria of jurisprudence regarding when zakat is due? My titles, such as “Iqadat” and “Ya Shaddad” of Love “Dur Gandum” and “Joe Beh” with “Ast” and “Aya Bayan Dikri” are they true about the name “Ast”? Most of the jurists have proven the standard of the past when it comes to zakat, both in and of itself. What is the standard for being a person and an atmosphere that is not achieved? There are some principles of jurisprudence in this research by Alexan Est. What are some of your fatwas on the same subject, of varying severity? In Noshtar, this standard of “trueness in the name of God and atmosphere” and “intensity of love” has the title of an original standard when zakat of goodness and atmosphere is acceptable, the reality of hardship, and because of this claimed hardship, there is a title in the words of some jurists, a claim. Accurate nest. Implicitly, clarifying the severity, expressing some opinion from two jurists on determining the time when zakat is due, whether or not it is due, expressing an opinion on the subject of the issue and in the opinion of those who are accountable for it. At the end of the dispute between Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Sistani, there is a single issue: the discussion of zakat, the analysis of hardship and hardship with transparent opinions, and the process of research by Karshnasan.
