| همواره شارع مقدس برای ابلاغ احکام خود به عموم مکلفین، از نظام‌های اجتماعی عقلا استفاده نموده است. با توجه به نظام اجتماعی انسانی که از نظام‌واره‌ها (سیستم‌ها) شکل گرفته است، می‌توان با کشف اجزا و روابط یک نظام‌واره، به مدلی برای حل مسائل دست یافت. یکی از این نظام‌واره‌ها، «امر و نهی عقلا» است. با کشف سیستم امر و نهی عقلا از طریق تحلیل روابط بین اجزای سیستم و تعریف جامع از مؤلفه‌های اصلی و تطبیق آن بر امر و نهی شارع، می‌توان به «مدل امر و نهی شارع» دست یافت. هدف نوشتار، بررسی کارآمدی مدلسازی در پاسخ به مسائل دانش اصول فقه است. این مقاله به روش «تحلیل شبکه‌ای» و با استفاده از ابزارهای «تحلیل وجودشناسانه»، در سه محورِ «کشف سیستم امر و نهی عقلا»، «مدلسازی» و «بهره‌برداری از مدل» شکل گرفته است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کاربست این روش در چیستی یک مسئله، موجب تحلیل عناصر بنیادی ـ مانند عقلا، امر و نهی ـ و در چگونگی، سبب شناخت فرآیندهای آن ـ مانند ارتباط ادراکات اعتباری با امر و نهی شارع ـ شده است. همچنین، برای رسیدن به پاسخ‌های واقعی یا نزدیک به واقع، پیشنهاد می‌گردد که مدل‌هایی جامع در موضوعات کلانِ دانش اصول فقه، جهت حل نظام‌مند مسائل طراحی گردد. | ||

| The Holy Lawmaker (al-shāriʿ al-muqaddas) consistently utilizes the social conventions of rational agents (ʿuqalāʾ) to communicate legal rulings to legally accountable individuals (mukallafūn). Because human social organization is governed by interconnected systems, identifying the constituent components and internal relationships within a given domain provides an effective model for addressing and resolving related methodological problems. One such domain is the rational system of commands and prohibitions (niẓām al-amr wa al-nahī al-ʿuqalāʾī). By uncovering this system through an analysis of its underlying elements, formulating precise definitions of its principal components, and mapping them onto divine legislation, one can construct a robust “model of the Lawmaker’s commands and prohibitions.” This study examines the efficacy of conceptual modelling in addressing unresolved issues within the discipline of principles of jurisprudence (uṣūl al-fiqh). Employing a network analysis methodology grounded in ontological analysis, the research is structured around three primary axes: discovering the rational system of commands and prohibitions, constructing the theoretical model, and applying the model to uṣūlī problems.The findings demonstrate that applying this methodology to the ontology of a problem yields a granular analysis of its foundational elements—including rational agents, commands, and prohibitions. Furthermore, applying it to operational mechanisms illuminates core processes, such as the relationship between conventional constructs (iʿtibārāt) and divine commands and prohibitions. To attain results that are either strictly true or closely approximate the truth, this study recommends developing comprehensive models across major subfields of uṣūl al-fiqh to address its core theoretical challenges in a systematic manner.
